Policies
PARKING: Pull into the long driveway in front of TWO garage doors. Your parking lane is closest to the house in front of the rightmost of the double garage doors.
ENTRY: Your entry is at the FRONT (east side) of the house, in the little alcove down from the mailboxes.
1 -- Touch the keypad and two random numbers will appear.
2 -- Touch those numbers and the keypad will light up.
3 -- Enter the last four digits of your (AirBnB) phone number.
LATE CHECK-IN: If you arrive after 10:PM local time and have any glitches parking or entering the place or you have other needs, message us through the booking platform and/or call our phone until you get an answer. Please be patient and try us repeatedly until you hear back.
WIFI: The SSID is MSHOME2 and the password is "kimmeekat" without the quotes.

There is one queen bed. There is an additional charge for more than two occupants.
House Rules
No smoking or vaping indoors or near entrances. No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. You may have to shovel snow some days to get in and out of your place or to get your vehicle in or out of the driveway. Please wash your dishes, wipe surfaces if you dirty them, and sweep/mop if you track or drop anything on the floor. Not child-proofed for children and infants.

Payment Policy
The full amount is due ten days before check-in unless periodic payments are arranged through written communication. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to the day payment is due. Once paid, the reservation is non-refundable. If you've paid and you won't be occupying for all or part of your reservation, we'll open the listing and if we get guests, we can pro-rate your reservation after the other reservation is completed.
