This is our completely updated little house. It's clean, comfortable, and perfectly private. Vast off-street driveway -- you could park your RV ... and hook it up.
This place is perfect for travelers or workers. It's totally private, easy to access, and you can park more than one large vehicle off-street, right on the property.
It's open and restful inside. The kitchen is ready with gas stove, appliances, dishes, and everything you need. There is a full laundry.
You'll have wifi and Internet TV with free channels or log into your own media accounts.
There's a little yard, an outside gazebo, table and chairs, and a firepit.

Suitability
No smoking or vaping in the house.
Driveway to the left as you face the house. You can park large vehicles.
Policies
CHECKING IN: Your entry is the BACK DOOR. You can park in the driveway. You'll see our travel trailer and/or pickup truck. The driveway security light will come on when you drive in. There is a security light above the back door that will go on when you walk to the back door.
BACK DOOR DEADBOLT: The code for the deadbolt is the last four digits of your phone number. Push those one at a time, then the lock will open. If it's dark, press the TOP BUTTON once to light up the keypad before you enter the code. To lock the deadbolt press the lock button.
Please WATCH YOUR STEP from the kitchen to the living room. Please also WATCH YOUR STEP into the bedroom closet. You should leave the lightswitch inside the back door on so the light always works.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to the day your next advance payment is due. Once paid, the reservation is non-refundable. If you've paid and you won't be occupying for all or part of your reservation, we'll open the listing and if we get guests, we can pro-rate your reservation after the other guest reservation is completed.
